I was tracking some stats today on photo views and I came up with a few interesting finds.  I am finding more and more of my pictures being used on blogs than ever before.  I don’t mind this one bit so long as I am given proper credit for the picture and in 99% of the cases I am.  I just wish more people would inform me that they are using my work so that I could see exactly what people are saying in the articles and entries they are writing.

The biggest positive to come from all of this is the chance to have more exposure.  Free exposure to boot.  It does have me thinking that I should maybe consider limiting the rights on certain photographs.  Especially one’s that I may want to enter into a contest or potentially distribute some day.  Still I firmly believe that the more exposure my photos receive the better, so I still freely share everything with the world.
